Jason L. Weisberg has more than 20 years of experience as a litigator and trial attorney. With extensive trial experience and a high level of integrity, Mr. Weisberg is recognized for his excellence in and out of the courtroom. The primary focus of his practice is protecting employers from unjustified employment claims and insurance bad faith.

Mr. Weisberg has been recognized for obtaining multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements and has tried cases to verdict involving personal injury, business fraud, unlawful harassment and abusive lending practices. Mr. Weisberg is experienced in extraordinary remedies, including temporary restraining orders, preliminary and permanent injunctions, as well as writs of mandate, attachment and possession.
