RPNA is excited to announce the launching of its mediation and arbitration practice, headed by Senior Partner Drew Pomerance. Although Mr. Pomerance continues to maintain his full-time litigation practice, he is now also available for mediations and arbitrations in employment, insurance and complex business cases.
As a Co-Founding member of the firm, Mr. Pomerance has over 38 years of experience in litigating complex business, employment and insurance matters. He has handled hundreds of cases- both on the Plaintiff and Defense side- at all phases of litigation, from commencement of the lawsuit, through trial, and on appeal. He has numerous reported opinions from the state and federal courts of appeal, including two landmark victorious decisions from the California Supreme Court.
Mr. Pomerance is a Life Fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a member of the American Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL) and has been recognized as one of the Top 25 Lawyers the San Fernando Valley. He has been a frequent lecturer at trial lawyer seminars and conventions throughout California on employment and insurance topics.
Over the years, Senior Partner Drew Pomerance has represented both businesses and consumers in matters pertaining to wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, shareholder disputes, unfair competition, as well as scores of policyholders in all types of insurance bad faith disputes. He has handled hundreds of mediations over the years for his clients, both as a Plaintiff and Defendant. As a result of his vast experience, Mr. Pomerance has a thorough understanding and appreciation for how cases are properly evaluated and resolved, and is excited to now offer those skills to parties who need to have their disputes fairly resolved.
