Vincent Gannuscio is an accomplished litigation and trial attorney with more than 20 years’ experience in the legal field.  He has devoted his career to representing small and medium sized businesses in commercial, employment, injury, intellectual property, insurance coverage, and other civil litigation matters.

Mr. Gannuscio has handled litigated and non-litigation matters at every stage, from pre-suit through trial, post-trial, and appeal.  Mr. Gannuscio has to his credit approximately 40 civil trials and arbitrations.  Cases Mr. Gannuscio has tried successfully include breach of contract matters, collection cases, unfair business practices cases, corporate and partnership dissolutions.  He has additionally handled several appeals, some of which have resulted in published opinions.

Mr. Gannuscio is also adept at transactional and contract matters, and has helped numerous corporations, partnerships, and LLC’s successfully operate.   He also has assisted businesses in obtaining and enforcing copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.

Prior to joining RPNA, Mr. Gannuscio was a partner at a multiple-office law firm where he represented businesses and individuals in commercial, tort, and professional liability claims.  He also has operated his own boutique law practice.  Operating a small business allows him the perspective to understand the needs of business owners and how best to meet those needs in a cost-effective manner.
