After two decades of experience analyzing thousands of Workers’ Compensation claim files, Sean An serves an integral role for RPNA clients in terms of interfacing with third-party administrators to ensure that the client’s claim files are being moved along, administered, defended, and investigated consistent with industry practices while making sure that legitimately injured workers are paid timely and when possible returned to work.

Mr. An further assists RPNA attorneys in developing themes for depositions, discovery, and Trials and Arbitrations concerning bad faith claims mishandling by carriers or by TPAs.  Mr. An literally looks for the and if it exists, finds needle(s) in the haystack for those documents that can help break a claim mishandling/case open.

Mr. An Graduated from the California State University Long Beach, in 2002, with a Bachelor of Arts in Chicano and Latino Studies and is trilingual.
