Before joining RPNA, she successfully represented companies in complex state and federal courts on matters such as contractual disputes, business torts, and trade secrets misappropriation. For example, in an intellectual property matter Nadine achieved a $3M Judgment in the Federal District Court. Additionally, Nadine spearheaded more than 50 favorable settlements for various clients being the lead in taking and defending many depositions in both Federal and State Court.
During her time in law school, Nadine conducted many preliminary hearings including multiple cases for the Los Angeles County. And, to hone her lawyer skills, Nadine served as a Judicial extern to the Honorable Sabina A. Helton and the Honorable Julie Blackshaw. By serving as a Judicial extern Nadine gained invaluable insights as to how to interpret the law from a judge’s perspective. She also polished her litigation skills at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office, where she drafted and argued motions, cross-examined witnesses, and developed a strong courtroom presence.
Nadine earned her J.D. with distinction from Southwestern Law School, focusing on Technology Law and Entrepreneurship. Prior to her legal studies, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Medical Anthropology from the University of California, Irvine.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Nadine serves as Vice President of a non-profit organization. She is fluent in Arabic and for fun enjoys golfing, exploring art, discovering new coffee shops, and reading Arabic literature.
