Jose Garcia is an experienced employment law paralegal, with a focused expertise in wrongful termination and harassment matters, while also developing strong familiarity with PAGA and class action cases.

At RPNA, Mr. Garcia manages multiple aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, drafting pleadings, client interface, data collection, document review, and statistical sampling. His well-regarded research abilities and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish allow him to provide thorough support to attorneys and effectively serve a diverse client base.

Prior to joining RPNA, Mr. Garcia served as an Employment Law Paralegal, where he was recognized for his exceptional research abilities and developed a strong foundation in employment litigation.

Mr. Garcia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2023 and holds a Paralegal Certificate from UCLA Extension, earned With Distinction in 2024.
