Prior to joining Roxborough Pomerance Nye & Adreani, Shane successfully represented insurers in connection with sophisticated issues involving international errors and omissions claims against a variety of professionals. Shane gained significant litigation experience working at a Los Angeles law firm concerning its professional liability team where he aggressively and thoughtfully handled cases from inception through trial on behalf of insurers and their insureds.
Shane attended Chapman University Fowler School of Law, where he received his J.D. with an emphasis in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. During this time Shane also became a certified mediator. And while in law school, Shane was selected to serve as a judicial extern for the Honorable Scott H. Yun of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California where Shane gained key insight into the intricacies of decision making and practicing in Federal Court.
Prior to attending law school, Shane worked for the University of Miami football team in operations. For fun, Shane enjoys watching sports and exploring new restaurants.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Successfully planned a strategic litigation strategy resulting in Shane arguing multiple motions for summary judgment in favor of corporations. – Using his mediation training, Shane obtained favorable settlements through mediation for national real estate brokerages and private investment funds. – Defended a complex ADA claim in the United States District Court, Central District for property owners.
