Since 2013, Andy Wu has extensive experience in a broad range of practice areas, including real estate, business, products liability, employment and general civil litigation.

As a practicing attorney, Andy has strived to obtain the best possible outcomes for clients during all aspects of the litigation process, including obtaining a prevailing judgment of more than $200,000 following a motion for sanctions.  He has practiced in the Superior Courts of Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, and San Bernardino, as well as appellate matters and the Federal Courts of the Central District.

While in law school, he accumulated substantial experience in criminal litigation as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where he put on felony preliminary hearings, as well as externing for the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Southern Illinois, during which he performed a wide range of appellate work including a petition for writ of certiorari.  He has also interned for the Hon. David T. McEachen of the Orange County Superior Court.
