Daron Barsamian is an experienced litigator with over fifteen years of success representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants. His primary areas of practice as a senior attorney include business litigation, insurance law, class actions, and labor and employment law.

Mr. Barsamian has also had extensive experience in the past defending governmental entities, such as the County of Los Angeles, in areas of constitutional law violations, torts, and negligence.

During the course of his career, Mr. Barsamian has earned the reputation of a fair but tough advocate for our clients. He has handled over a thousand cases, from inception to end, and has a track record for achieving favorable results for his clients through trials, arbitrations, motion practice, and settlements. He has written and opposed hundreds of Motions including nearly one hundred summary judgment motions. Mr. Barsamian has taken and defended hundreds of party, witness, and expert depositions, and has appeared on behalf of and represented major companies, businesses, Government entities, and individuals in State and Federal Courts, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences. In addition to litigation, Mr. Barsamian also assists his clients with contractual work, consulting, as well as labor law policies.
